Batch Timelog Entry

When timelogs are entered after the fact in tigerpaw you can use the batch time entry function. Each Batch entries should be assigned to a Service Order so you will need to know the SO number for the job.

The batch time entry porcess is very similar to entering time logs from the service order, so if you have a list of time logs organized by company you can also enter them there.

Check the fields that will be saved/duplicated for subsequent Time Log entries.

Use the Save button and then the New button to create your next Time Log entry. The fields that you have selected will stay on the screen for your next entry. If you press the New button before saving, you will be asked if you want to save the Time Log. Use Save & Exit when you have finished all entries.
